To run your wallet, deliver the services you pay for, prevent fraud, meet our legal obligations and support you when something goes wrong.
Who we share it with
Only the providers needed to deliver a service you requested - our payment processor and our bills and messaging partners - plus regulators where the law requires it. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Transaction records are retained for as long as financial regulations require. Other personal data is deleted once your account is closed and outstanding obligations are settled.
Your controls
From the Security Center you can review login history, raise a dispute, request an export of your data, opt out of marketing or ask us to delete your account data.
