Your account
You must provide accurate details and keep your password secure. One person or business per account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, impersonation or illegal activity.
Wallet and payments
Wallet balances are held in Naira and funded through our payment partners. Funds are credited only after our servers verify the payment. Failed service purchases are refunded to your wallet automatically.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests place a hold on your balance and are reviewed before payout. We may request additional verification before releasing funds.
Bulk SMS and Sender IDs
You are responsible for the content you send and for having consent from your recipients. Sender IDs that impersonate banks, telecoms, government agencies or other brands will be rejected.
Marketplace and advertising
Listings and campaigns are reviewed before going live. Rejected campaigns have their budget refunded. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading or unsafe.
Privacy tools
Temporary emails, virtual numbers, anonymous profiles and test card numbers are provided for privacy and testing. They must never be used to deceive people or evade the law.
